Cancel and Return Policy

At CreamFit, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they enter processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer

However, returns may be accepted if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Replacements

If a product is confirmed to be damaged during transit or an incorrect item was shipped, CreamFit may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement requests are subject to review and approval.

Refunds

All sales are generally final.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases or customer ordering mistakes.

If a replacement cannot be provided for an approved damaged or incorrect item claim, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
